Terms and Conditions for Weeklo

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the Weeklo applications across any platform (iOS, Android, Web) operated by Unique Pixel Studio (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the App.

1. Use of the App

Weeklo is a weekly planner and productivity tool designed to help you organize your tasks and schedule. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes subject to these Terms.

2. Data Ownership and Privacy

The App operates on a “local-first” basis by default. All planner data, tasks, and notes you create are stored locally on your device. We do not own your data. However, if you upgrade to the Ultra tier and create an account, your data will be synchronized via our secure cloud servers to enable cross-platform access. You are solely responsible for backing up your data using the provided export tools or cloud sync features.

Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the App, to understand our practices.

3. Premium Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of the App (“Premium Features”) are available only through a paid subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase (e.g., “Weeklo PRO” or “Weeklo ULTRA”).

• Subscriptions: If you choose a recurring subscription (e.g., Yearly), payment will be charged to your iTunes/App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Management: You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings on the App Store or Google Play Store after purchase.
• Free Trial: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
• Lifetime Access: A one-time payment option grants you access to Pro Features for the lifetime of the App’s availability on your platform.

4. Pro & Ultra Features

Weeklo PRO and ULTRA unlock additional functionality including, but not limited to:

• PRO Exclusive: Unlimited planners, local & personal cloud backups (Google Drive/iCloud), PDF exports, dedicated notes, and AI Emoji generation.
• ULTRA Exclusive: Real-time cross-platform synchronization (Web, iOS, Android), live shared planners, and collaboration.

5. Shared Planners and User Conduct

If you use the Ultra tier to share planners and collaborate with others, you are solely responsible for the content you share. You agree not to distribute or share any content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to shared planners for accounts that violate these guidelines.

6. Intellectual Property

The App itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to Unique Pixel Studio. You are not allowed to copy, or modify the App, any part of the App, or our trademarks in any way.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will function uninterrupted or error-free.

In no event shall Unique Pixel Studio be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
